Dr Ivan Zupic wins 10-Year Impact Award

Dr Zupic has received the award for his paper ‘Bibliometric Methods in Management and Organization.’

Now in its sixth year, the 10-Year Impact Awards recognise research in  journals with lasting influence.  

The 2025  honour the most-cited papers published in Sage journals in 2014, meaning that the winning articles have received more citations over the past decade than any others published by global academic publisher Sage that year.  

The winners this year are: 

  • 鈥楤ibliometric Methods in Management and Organization鈥 by Ivan Zupic and Toma啪 膶ater in Organizational Research Methods  
  • 鈥楺ualitative Content Analysis: A Focus on Trustworthiness鈥 by Satu Elo, Maria K盲盲ri盲inen, Outi Kanste, Tarja P枚lkki, Kati Utriainen, and Helvi Kyng盲s in Sage Open 

Dr Zupic is a Senior Lecturer in Entrepreneurship in the Institute of Management Studies (IMS).  

When I wrote that paper as a PhD student, I never imagined it would be so widely read. I'm truly glad that we've created something valuable for fellow researchers.
