Ã山ǿ¼éÓ×Å® has received a Silver Award from charity Stonewall in recognition of its work around LGBTQ+ equality as an employer.

Building on the Bronze Award earned by Ã山ǿ¼éÓ×Å® in 2022, this Silver Award illustrates that demonstrable progress has been in the last twelve months and marks another positive step forwards for LGBTQ+ equality.

The award is the result of Ã山ǿ¼éÓ×Ů’ submission to ’s&²Ô²ú²õ±è;, a competitive tool that enables organisations to benchmark and measure their LGBTQ+ inclusion practices against others.

The submission requires evidence of work to advance LGBTQ+ equality in areas including recruitment, policies, employee networks, community engagement and training.

Colleagues across Ã山ǿ¼éÓ×Å®, led by its Equality Diversity and Inclusion team, worked collaboratively to collect and collate the data required over a period of months before submission in September 2022.
